Meet the Cast!

Updated: Feb 8, 2019

While we all anxiously await the first episode of the Happiest Podcast on Earth, we thought you all should get to know us and why we decided to create this podcast in the first place! We come from all over the map and have plenty of experience throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. So low and behold, let me introduce you to our team!

Jarrett Fennema

Jarrett and his drinking buddy Big Al

Born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. Jarrett's work experience with Disney goes all the way back to 2008 when he started the Disney College Program as an attractions host at Test Track (The original and better attraction than the one it is now). He ended up sticking around for a while after his program, completing multiple internships and full time work in all four parks with attractions including: Big Thunder Mountain, Toy Story Mania, The Great Movie Ride (R.I.P.), Muppet Vision 3D, Dinosaur, Triceratop Spin, The Boneyard, Primeval Whirl, Finding Nemo the Musical, It's Tough To Be A Bug, Adventurers Outpost, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Festival of the Lion King, and last but certainly not least, the Wildlife Express Train....just to name a few.....

His work with Disney did not stop there. Jarrett spent close to a year with Disney Resorts at Disney's Boardwalk Resort, and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. He worked alongside some of the hardest working people he knows in Housekeeping, Custodial, and as a Duty Manager within this time.

Along with that, he also spent close to two years working with the Disney Internships and Programs team. This team does a remarkable job of making sure our college interns from all around the world can enjoy their time working for the mouse. He spent close to a year with the event planning team as both an intern and coordinator. The other year he spent passing out vacuums and other cleaning items, making keys, answering questions, and decorating the front office lobbies of the apartments our interns reside in.

Corey Bente

Nothing says the Dark Side like a damn Baltimore Orioles hat. At least it isn't the Yankees.

Corey grew up in a small city just outside of Baltimore, Maryland and also started with Disney in 2008. He met Jarrett while working in the College Program and eventually became roommates with him for multiple years. When the two are together, you can expect a lot of laughs and a lot of questions as to what the hell is going on.

His work experience with Disney was also in Attractions where he spent most of his days and time working under the sea at The Little Mermaid and with millions of kids at Playhouse Disney:Live on Stage. After his program, Corey became a Disney Events/Media coordinator assistant. He was able to work on projects such at Star Wars Weekend (R.I.P.) and ESPN The Weekend (R.I.P.). Some could say that the common theme here is that anything Corey worked on in this role, no longer exists.....hmmmmm

Corey now lives in Los Angeles as an events and production coordinator for some of the biggest shows, movies, concerts, and sporting events out there.

AyJay Mulholland

After a long night of passing out ice cream on Main Street, AyJay prefers to rest in front of the castle and take in the view (regardless of how dirty the streets may be)

AyJay is originally from all the way across the country in Kennewick, WA but managed throughout life's journey to make it to Orlando, FL where she currently lives now. She attends the University of Central Florida (UCF) where she not only excels as a student but as a softball player there where she hits nothing but dingers.

Her experience with Disney starts when she was a wee little lady and would come all the time with her family. They were DVC members and AP holders so you bet your booty that they took full advantage of it! She started as a cast member in 2018 as a life guard at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. She then gained experience at Magic Kingdom working on Main Street, U.S.A. in Food & Beverage. Living in Orlando, you can expect to see AyJay roaming the parks so if you see her, make sure to say hi!

Mitch Anzovino

Don't let his good looks fool you ladies and gentlemen, Mitch is smarter than he looks!

Mitch is a Pittsburgh, PA native who lives and breaths everything from his area. With this being said, soon he will journey back to Orlando where he can assist AyJay in being the podcast's on-site reporters to give us all the action at the Walt Disney World Resort. He has a very large passion for Disney and although young, he might surprise you now and then with his knowledge of everything Disney. When not at Disney, you can expect Mitch to be out swinging a golf club, shooting hoops, or throwing the ol baseball around. Unlike AyJay, Mitch does not know how to hit dingers.

Mitch started with Disney in 2018 on the Disney College Program as a Slide Operator at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. Rumor has it that he was soaking up too much sun every day in the water parks, resulting in leathery skin, a nasty tan line, and smelling like sun lotion. For these reasons, he moved on over to EPCOT where he assisted with the multiple festivals you can find in the park.

Hunter Hazen

It's true everyone....Hunter owns an actual $250 storm trooper helmet. His love for Star Wars is THAT REAL.

Hunter comes from Fort Worth, TX and is a living reminder that not everything is bigger in Texas. With that being said, Hunter is very intelligent, majoring in Physics all while being a multi-sport athlete. You may not guess it, but he is also very tech savvy. On any given day, you might find him flying drones or playing with his Go Pro outside. While he can be cocky at times, thinking he knows it all.....he actually is very funny and I promise you he will have you laughing with his great sense of humor!

Hunter, like AyJay, would visit Disney a lot to see his Grandparents who worked for 15 years as cast members in Magic Kingdom! In 2015, Hunter followed their footsteps and joined the College Program working at Magic Kingdom in attractions. You could find him working long hours in Fantasyland, more specifically spinning tea cups and playing with Pooh.

After putting in his time in Magic Kingdom, he was also able to spend some of his Disney career with parking at the TTC and was able to participate in the Ultimate Engineering Experience that Disney has to offer.

That is us in a nutshell! We really look forward to meeting you all and getting things started. You are always welcome to contact any of us if you every have questions, comments, suggestions, etc for the show. If it is too harsh....well....keep it to yourself. Otherwise we know where you live......

Much Love and See You Real Soon!!!!
